Contact CodeTrain

Every address below is read by a person. There is no contact form, because a form gives you no copy of what you sent and no address to follow up on.

Where to write

AddressUse it for
[email protected] Anything about using the product: a lesson that misbehaved, billing, your account, a feature you wish existed.
[email protected] Team plans, pilots, invoicing, purchase orders, and questions about seats.
[email protected] Vulnerability reports and anything you would rather not put in a public issue. Disclosure terms are on the security page.
[email protected] Data access, correction and deletion requests, and questions about the privacy policy.

We are a small team and we are not going to publish a response time we cannot promise on a bad week. What we will say is that these are real inboxes a person reads, not a ticket queue, and that security@ is the one we watch most closely.

The company

CodeTrain is a product of InferHaven, an independent software company.

A post office box rather than a street, because we work remotely and there is no office to turn up at. It is the same address on the bottom of any email we send you, and post sent to it does reach us. Email is faster by days.

If you are an agent or a script

Machine-readable contact details are in the Organization schema on the homepage and repeated on the about page. For programmatic access to the catalog, the changelog and the roadmap, use the public API rather than scraping these pages, and read llms.txt first.
